Prepare a Comprehensive Case Review for one client throughout the semester. This review must include a case that has completed treatment and has all documentation components: consent, intake, treatment plan, and termination/discharge paperwork. Review the clinical record and complete an in-depth case review, re-assessing all components from the original intake form. Examine any treatment modifications that could be recommended after a full review of the case and how this experience will impact their work moving forward.
